The Best Chocolate Cake EVER

Hi guys! 

Today i'm sharing with you all, one of the best chocolate cake recipes i've ever made. 

Why is it so good are you asking... because it's not a regular chocolate cake, it's fresh, it's wet and it makes you wanna eat one and another piece :)
This is also the perfect cake for a birthday or other special occasion. This recipe can also be used as a cupcake recipe as you'll see in the picture bellow.
So here we go...

Chocolate Cake
* 200g of casting sugar

* 4 beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt

* 125g of melted butter

* 200g of melted chocolate

* 4 spons of flour

* 4 yolks

Put the sugar and the flour toguether and mix them really well. After they're both well incorporated add the yolks and the melted butter. Mix everything until you have a smooth moisture. After this step add the melted chocolate and add the beaten egg whites.

Line a pan with butter and pour the mixture on it. Place in oven and wait about 20 minutes. This time always depend from oven to oven so it's better if you go check your cake from time to time! 

Topping

* 100g of melted chocolate

* 20g of melted butter

Mix the chocolate and the butter toguether and cover your cake. You can also add some sprinkles, chocolate chips or other things from your preference to decorate it.
